Your daily responsibilities will be:

  • Providing an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers/patients
  • Dealing with enquiries our customers/patients and the general public
  • Processing sales transactions with care and in line with Company policy
  • Demonstrating flexibility in order to meet the needs of the store
  • Actively promoting our ethos ‘To be the leading foot care provider’
  • Developing your knowledge about our footcare products and providing our customers with accurate product information and advice including features and benefits and stock availability
  • Achieving sales targets by demonstrating passion for our footcare products, services and brand
  • Stocking and replenishing products and keeping the shop floor and staff areas clean and tidy

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and expertise:

  • Customer service focused
  • Experience within a retail environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Highly motivated with a friendly attitude
  • Smart and well presented
  • Effective team worker
